How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
Specific retention periods:
- Personal information is retained for the duration of the client relationship and deleted within 60 days of service termination.
- Financial and tax records are retained for 6 years as required by Canadian law.
- Server logs are automatically purged after 90 days.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because your information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
