If you have looked into AI agents for your business, you have probably seen prices all over the map. Enterprise platforms charge thousands per month. Freelancers on Upwork quote anywhere from $500 to $10,000. It is hard to know what is reasonable.
Here is what it actually costs to get a custom AI agent built and running through Brad Bond AI.
The pricing
There are two setup tiers and one ongoing support plan.
Personal Agent costs $149.99 as a one-time fee. This gets you a single custom AI agent built around your needs. It is trained on your information, connected to your preferred platform (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, or web chat), and handed off to you with a full walkthrough. This is ideal for individuals or solo business owners who want a personal assistant that runs 24/7.
Teams and Business costs $199.99 as a one-time fee. This gets you multiple agents that work together as a network. One main agent handles communication with you, while background agents handle specialized tasks like research, content creation, or monitoring. This is for businesses with multiple moving parts that need coordination.
Monthly Support starts at $49.99 per month. This covers server hosting, monitoring, updates, and improvements. Your agent runs on a dedicated server. This fee keeps it running, keeps it current, and gives you direct access to support when you need it.
What is included in the setup?
Everything. You do not need to know anything technical. The process works like this. You describe what you need. The agent gets built, trained on your business information, and tested. It gets connected to whatever platforms you use. You get a full walkthrough of how to use it. Then it goes live.
Most agents are built and running within 48 hours.
What is NOT included?
Third-party service costs are separate. If your agent needs to make phone calls, that requires a Twilio account which charges per minute. If it sends emails through a premium service, that has its own cost. These are usually small, often under $20 per month, but they are not part of the base pricing.
How does this compare to alternatives?
Hiring a virtual assistant to do the same tasks would cost you $500 to $2,000 per month depending on hours and skill level. They also need sleep, take holidays, and sometimes quit.
Enterprise AI platforms like Intercom, Drift, or Ada start at $50 to $500 per month and usually require technical setup, do not connect to platforms like Telegram, and limit what you can customize.
Building it yourself is free in theory, but requires significant technical knowledge, ongoing maintenance, and time you probably do not have.
A custom AI agent sits in the middle. More capable than a chatbot platform, more affordable than a VA, and fully tailored to how you actually work.
Is there a contract?
No. The setup fee is one-time. Monthly support is month-to-month. If you want to stop, you stop. There is no lock-in.
Can I see one in action?
Yes. Visit bradbond.org and talk to Cipher. It is a live AI agent running on the same platform your agent would be built on. Ask it anything. That is your demo.
